I saw that Frontier had an app for paying your bill. I have struggled with the website month after month trying to pay my bill. It was a horrible experience. When I saw this I thought it cant be worse than the website. I love this app to pay my bill with Frontier. No hassles and no problems. It just lets me pay the bill and Im done! I have needed this app for a long time. Thank you Frontier.

Created a Frontier ID on April 1st, linked my Verizon account easily. Had some issues logging in at first, and issues not being recognized on my home network to watch live tv. That was fixed and everything worked for a few weeks. Now I cannot sign in again! It just circles around saying "signing in" for a long time, then brings me back to the sign on page. Not helpful when I need to see why my bill was nearly double this month!

Very helpful and much easier than the website if you have a mobile device.

I tried to set up auto pay by phone and it was a disaster. The app worked great and only took 5 minutes!

Cannot have a more accurate name for this company. Communication on the frontier. Worst app, worst services, worst internet provider.

App crashes all the time. Way too buggy.

With Verizons app, I was able to record, change, delete shows, schedule series to record, etc. With Frontier - Nothing Why even bother?

I had AT&T then it switched to frontier and now its frontier Vantage and I have to say Ive had no trouble paying my bills on the app it was very easy my 10yr old son can do it Ive heard alot of negative reviews but Ive had no problems yet

Have tried several times over many weeks but always a connection error. Seems to mirror several other comments here. Pathetic. One star is generous.

I like the the app but its a little slow:)

Took couple tries to affirm cell and email. Once I gave it a day to process I was able to sign in and make a payment. Been great since. I wouldnt try calling, the wait is bad! So the app is way to go.

Its an app to pay my bill. It works. Im happy. They get their money they are happy. Win/win

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I received notification of the switch to AOL and Frontier; so far no problems with my service.

This is one of the easiest apps I have used to set up password , recover forgotten password and make a payment.

This APP is not rocket science & I dont want it to be! Easy to use for bill payment. If you want the full site then go there, thats what Safari and Google are for! Duh. You can search shows if you want, but I dont see the point in wasting data on watching TV. I have more productive things to do with my time anyway. All in all a good APP to have on your page for bill paying.

App took two weeks after account was transferred from Verizon Fios to finally work. The settings section has gone done twice after downloading. It appears to finally allow me to view phone numbers that call my home and voice mail. It appears to be a work in progress that needs a lot more work.

The app seems to work just fine to pay the monthly bill. I dont use the app for anything else.

The Frontier app itself is ok when getting to credit card information you are forced to enter your information but then if you choose not to keep the info and remove the information all previous info is gone. There should be an option to save all info and not keep the credit card info.

They have been very kind to us when we had to change over from Verizon . We so far like this Frontier.
