So far I have not had any issues with the app. It is very easy to use. You can setup with username and password. Conveniently stores your credit card information for later use. No fee or charge to pay online. Like it very much.

I just wished it saved your password because I always forget what one I used

Title pretty much says it all. Enter correct username and password, app says it is having difficulty and try again later. DirecTV here I come.

With all the problems from Verizon an that it caused you and me .. I would like to sit them aside an say your app is so good its better than apples

I found the app Frontier app to be user-friendly. Im able to go in and change information when I need to without any difficulties and buy my bill within a minute. Also save a couple dollars by not using the telephone to pay my bill. Things are looking better Frontier. Thanks

Quick and easy to use.

This is a basic app that lets you pay your bill and see what services you have. Thats about it.

I downloaded the Frontier App and was sailing smoothly until I was trying to add the Payment type to the account (i.e. Checking or Savings). The Payment Type add does not load and disappears. I had to go through my Bank of America add payee to pay my bill.

Ive yet to have any issues with this app. Love how easy it is to use.

Apparently, a review must have at least one star; otherwise, we would rate Frontier (not just this app) with zero stars. Frontier seems to be encouraging their customers to "cut the cable" and return to 1950s TV viewing habits: watch TV at home as its being broadcast. Of course, other options include free apps (like FizzleFilm.com) and inexpensive options like Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, and Amazon Prime. We have learned about quite a few new TV apps since Frontier took over the Verizon market.

I have been with Frontier for 14 years. We have had our cliches but all were quickly fixed. I watched frontier grow. I love the app so convenient. No problems.

Great app. I have been struggling for months with frontiers website. I have to call in my payment every month because the website never works for me. I decided to download the app and it was easy, fast, and hassle free. Thank you frontier love the app

It has taken a month but the app is almost equal to Verizons when they took over.

Thanks Verizon for dropping us on this terrible company. Time to go back to Dish.
