I have used this app to pay my bill several times now and everything has gone very smoothly...I am happy with it!

Stay away from this company. They dont know what they are doing. Still trying to get the bill right since the merge with Verizon in April. I spent hours with them on the phone with no progress.

I havent had any major issues with the app. From time to time it isnt available due to "maintenance." But other than that, Ive been able to pay my bills without a problem and see a breakdown of the charges. Thats all I expect from the app really.

Finally a payment app that is clean and fast .

This is a review of the app and the app only. It works great for paying bills and since thats all I use it for it gets five stars.

Unbelievable that a company such as Verizon would hand off to a company like this. Worst service, awful application...I better stop here, you get the message, I hope.

The app (and the website for that matter) is too slow. Please work out the hiccups.

People here are forgetting that this is a review of the app, not Frontier itself. App works very well and does everything its supposed to do.

Paying my bill was very easy to do.

Worst customer service ever. They charged me for installation which they said they would not. They quoted me the wrong prices twice. The girl on the phone refused to let me talk to a manager because "he would say the same thing." Worst service I have ever dealt with. Do not get Frontier.

Terrible company and horrible customer service. This app is slick for payment that saves credit card only. Forget about customer service....forget about connecting for any help....but pay!!! Verizon ditched its customers to this outfit.....will be switching soon! It is hard to believe in 2016....a company like this even exists.....alas making money!

Its okay! Easy enough to navigate through! Im not a frontier fan, but, my choices are limited!

The app wasnt very useful but now Frontier is improving and I know they will make the all more efficient thanks frontier for keeping the work I love my fiber

This app made it very easy for me to pay my bill. ALOT easier than the actual website
