Garbage

Wouldve given zero stars if I could. Cant even login half the time, when you can it takes forever. Even if you somehow get past the login you will be presented with the most horrendous UX. Slow, archaic, buggy. Youre better off with the crappy website

Great when it works

Transitioning from FIOS. The website doesnt work right now. I downloaded this and tried to log on 7 times before I was able to get in. One I got in, it was a great app. Easy to use, clear, and well designed. The login issue is Frontiers inability to handle the new capacity of customers. The app is solid.

Frontier Communication APP = CRAP

Not all the functions work properly. I continue to get kicked out of the APP and must sign back in during "viewing" of account activities (basic stuff). This APP is NOT ready for consumer use and should be taken down until the developers have fixed the countless number of bugs. OMG!

It doesnt even deserve 1 star

So disappointing Im trying to pay my bill and I cant login thru the website. So I download the app and I cant even login. Seriously I dont understand why Verizon needed to do this change. I guess this is the welcome us Verizon customers get. So frustrating!!!

I havent had any issues and I like it a lot so far. Set up account in minutes, added payment method, and paid in no time at all.

All these reviews are the same and Im having the exact same issues. Lost channels terrible and uneducated customer service. Get your sh&it together Frontier. Youre gonna lose all your customers. Not paying for this month and considering canceling service. If your looking for a cable service do yourself a favor and chose ANYONE else!!! Please listen to all these terrible reviews! Frontier, you are the worst.

Is it worth it..?

The app itself is pretty good, makes handling the account a breeze. However as far as Frontier service, Im not impressed.. The customer service is polite, however every problem Ive had has gone unfixed in my eyes.

What a joke!

I wonder how many total wasted hours of time have been spent by all new Frontier/Verizon customers trying to login and use this totally worthless app. Most of the time you cant login and when you can nothing works. What a sad joke. I really hope you dont plan on charging me for this total lack features and service.

Not even sure where to begin...

The service? The fact I cant even get anyone to come to my house to fix anything? The bill? The fact I was downgraded from my original fios agreement? The app? The communication? The ongoing internet issues? I dont know what exactly happened when everything switched over but wow....its not good. Very disappointing.

Zero star should be an option

Frontier app is useless. Frontier wants to charge more and provide less. Time to move on to another provider.

Run as fast as you can

Since frontier communications has taken over I have spent a total of 16 hours on the phone trying to get issued credit for a phone line not working. I had to miss 3 days of work waiting for a technician to show up only to get no call no shows. The 4th time a technician finally shows up only to tell me the technician failed to run the line for the phone. Frontier is still giving me the run around about issuing me credit for the phone line. I had to finally contact the FCC to step in and handle this matter.

Easy to use

Set up was easy and does what its supposed to do. Make it easy to pay the bill and view billing.

All I want in a utility app is ease of use

App couldnt be easier to use in payment processing. Very direct, secure, no inefficiencies.
