The app allows me to check my bills while Im away from my computer which is extremely convenient!
I found this app helpful and easy to use. I can check my bills, and if I forgot to pay my bill, I can do that from my mobile, wherever I am!
Love the app. No problems using it, simple and easy to use. Always pay my bill with it. So much better than going online.
So far so good. Need it to pay bill and quickly check balance, charges and payments. Working great for what I use it for no troubles. Besides, what choice do we have?
I hate frontier. Theyre terrible. But honestly this app is ok. Im able to pay my bill via the app which is what I want to do.
Easy to use. Quick. But sometime app is down so I am unable to view or pay my bill at the exact moment I would like. But very rare.
Some bad moments
I am changing my review because I was finally, after way toooooo much work, able to get registered. This would be a good app if you paid attention to making the sign up process much easier.
Stay away from this company. They dont know what they are doing. Still trying to get the bill right since the merge with Verizon in April. I spent hours with them on the phone with no progress.
Unbelievable that a company such as Verizon would hand off to a company like this. Worst service, awful application...I better stop here, you get the message, I hope.
Worst customer service ever. They charged me for installation which they said they would not. They quoted me the wrong prices twice. The girl on the phone refused to let me talk to a manager because "he would say the same thing." Worst service I have ever dealt with. Do not get Frontier.
Terrible company and horrible customer service. This app is slick for payment that saves credit card only. Forget about customer service....forget about connecting for any help....but pay!!! Verizon ditched its customers to this outfit.....will be switching soon! It is hard to believe in 2016....a company like this even exists.....alas making money!
Title pretty much says it all. Enter correct username and password, app says it is having difficulty and try again later. DirecTV here I come.
